Did the loss to the Jets this week seal Giants coach Tom Coughlin’s fate?  Coughlin’s run with the team has been a rollercoaster.  In 2007, Coughlin was rumored to be on the way out, having lost the lockerroom and with his team seemingly out of contention.  Then Eli Manning got hot and the Giants went on to an unlikely Super Bowl win over the then undefeated New England Patriots. NFL Random Thoughts: Bills Are Now Everyone’s Favorite Team

There are quite a few NFL teams that are getting it done this season without the benefit of great quarterback play, but not too many are doing it better than the Buffalo Bills.   Fresh off an unlikely win over no less than the Green Bay Packers, the Bills and their hellacious defense are now one of three 8-6 teams vying for the final AFC playoff spot. Ravens Win By Default: AFC North Preview

You can basically call this the hypocrisy division.  In Baltimore, you’ve got Ray Rice and his two games for domestic violence.  In Cleveland, you’ve got Josh Gordon getting an entire season for some pot.  And in Pittsburgh you’ve got those two crappy running backs and that whole mess.  The NFL needs a makeover and they can start with these teams.
