As an avid Lord of the Rings fan and looking forward to all things Hobbit (only one more year before the release!), I have always been fascinated with Tolkien lure.
I especially love it when other fans take their dedication of Tolkien to the next level as is the case with Vince Donovan who helped create a Hobbit House to store all of his LOTR collectibles he had gathered throughout the years.
Stones were used from the river around his house, special research had to be conducted to make a butterfly window and an iron worker had to be brought in to make the custom hinge for the well known circle-shaped door.
It’s really a beautiful house and further cements the fact that there needs to be more Hobbit inspired construction world wide.
